Reunion dinner at my place, we had yummy steamboat prepared by my dad and myself. Sadly we didnt managed to get quail eggs for bb :(

Damn tiring as i did spring cleaning for them too but the dinner was goooood! and we did lou hei for the first time at home..

We then headed to MBS for another family reunion dinner

10 good courses, just like a wedding banquet dinner lol!

Finally a full family portrait as jiefu finally get the chance to take off during cny this year.

He usually couldnt take off during cny as a chef in sg but now he works in Korea and managed to take off and came back for a reunion with the family :)

They booked a suite for 3days for some gambling , nope we are not one of them hahah.

Haha, furkids also must be clean clean and nice nice too to welcome Lunar new year.

Junying(blogger) recommended us a nice groomer(with transportation) for full grooming for the kids

I went down to fetch them back after sending them away for about 5 hours.

They came back with a nice ribbon collar

Bad nails experience

Planned ahead for this nails pampering session with the girls earlier on Dec.

1st stop : Holiday plaza

we went to check out the nail parlor but it was fully booked so we planned to check out KSL branch instead.

The girls spent half of their $ with contact lenses buy at optical shop..hahaha

i bought one box too:

box of 5 daily pair contact lens

2nd stop : KSL

The nail parlor was fully booked too but the lady boss was kind enough to squeeze us in with slots after 45mins.

We went to had quick lunch at hong kong cafe

food was not bad :)

the whole of the trip was kinda rush, we seemed like panting alot lol!

the nails session was a very scary experience.

i have to announce that this was the first time doing the MOST EXPENSIVE NAILS EVER!

while doing the cuticles we were 3 mumbling about the price and all hahah

we all did classic mani n pedi but with gelish for hands

MINE WAS RM217 = about 90SGD

first and the last time im going to that parlor!

firstly, i dont like that girl's skills and not meticulous enough and most importantly i think they are overcharging!

needless to say,by now, all crystals are gone.

My birthday over at pulau ubin

I had no time to upload my photos from the outdated digital camera..

Hence till now,i finally had time to post about this :)

So i had my birthday celebration with bb at PB.

I have to admit that i dont even remember how it looks like ever since secondary NPCC camp.

lol!

I got this deal ($49.90 per pax) from deal.com which includes, 2d1n stay at Celestial resort, 2hr fish spa,2hr kayaking, breakfast and overnight bicycle rental which i thought its a great deal :)

So THERE WE GO!

We headed to changi ferry terminal and took the boat to PB which cost $2.50 per person

the boat is very old schooooolll and

i have to admit that we looked kinda tourist haa

bb exploring the boat and scenery

it only took about 15mins to reach PB

Because it was our first time there and thought we could walk to the resort so we just walked cluelessly

after about 20mins walk, we finally decided to make a round about and head back to the pier and take a taxi(its a mini van actually)

so the driver told us its quite impossible to walk over to the resort as it might take up to an hour !phew!

The taxi rate are charged by per head(aprox $3 per pax depending the no.of ppl sharing)

Once we reached the resort, we settled down at the room, took a short rest and headed for the 2hr kayaking.

This is how their man made beach looked like

the kayaking session are included with the marine fish feed which allows us to kayak and feed the fishes at the same time

life jackets on !

it was quite fun, some of the marine fishes are huge!

and bb tried to catch some of them lol!

he kept doing the 'kiap' action

hahahahha

after the kayaking we continued the wet feelings with fish spa

omg, my virgin try!

i was so afraid at first and got use to it about 15mins after!

my face went cramp!

but after awhile, the feeling quite shiok leh hahaha

There are 2 types of pond, the mini (in orange)and the huge fishes (in blue)

i think i had too much cuticles on my feet and the fishes kept coming then bb asked me dont sit beside him because all the fishes only come to me hahahahahah!

he is totally into fish spa

almost sunk in his whole body into the pond

We then headed back to the room to wash up/slack abit before we went for some finger licking good seafood feast.
Had to take the mini van out to the pier's seafood restuarants

both of us were so famished after the wet activities haa!

SAY YES TO THESE FINGER LICKING GOOD PRAWNS AND CRABS

headed back to resort after the good o dinner and sat by the beach restaurant with beer and dessert

Life was good!

we strolled by the beach, talking nonsense and enjoying the quiet place

i loved it!

Back to the room and can you actually believe that he fell asleep at 9pm?

asking him to sleep like earlier say 1am back at home, he will go like

' i can't sleep! don't force me to go to sleep'

but he actually feel asleep at 9pm.

This was what happened at 9pm

i couldnt believe it hahaha!

I continued munching on favourite biscuits and fell asleep at 10 plus too. :)

bb had his first birthday chalet

i dyed my whole head super RED for the first time!

i hurt my toe during badminton session and resulted chipped toe nail for the first time

our first anniversary with great food

being a maid of honor for the first time ever because girlfriend got hitched and becoming a mummy really sooooon

We had awesome lunch at TCC, the food is really yummy!!!

Bb bought a deal from his friend for the Halloween event this year..

He insisted i go with him :(

Hahah, i told him wear same same with me on the day

got ready my toms for running in case of ghost!

They made the whole event mysterious and only told us the waiting time and place for pick up!

Sounds scary huh..

When we boarded the bus, then they told us the place are at brown something something cemetery ..

I was afraid at first until the waiting time for the walk!

we waited for like an hour for the walk man!

while in bus

alighted the bus and joined the queue -_- then the mosquitoes war started...

waited for another half hour

and this smelly wolf came by to scare ppl..
i smelled something weird from him, i think its body odor! loL!

then the bunch of group behind goes like
GROUP:' eeee, u very smelly lehhh '
WOLF : ohh, sorry sorry cause i had been here whole day and its very hot!

Finally it was our turn for the walk and everyone was surprised that only 2 of us taking the walk as bb did not want to walk in a bunch of groups.hahah

Try chou tofu at a small hk cafeteria opposite city plaza(paya lebar)

I'm not really a fan but the taste was not bad luh, exclude the smell part.

This paya lebar one is one of the best we had so far..

and we loved the che zai mian!!!!

Party with my ex-colleagues

one of them were my 'bf' the nickname we used to call each other :)

I actually enjoyed partying with them cause i had few friends who love to party..

still waiting for my ah ting to come back from perth so that we can go get high!

the night went intense for me though at first because stupid me to left my ID at home! and i didnt knew they wanted to order the birthday package which needed my id for verification...

lucky bb was nice enough to drive over just to pass me my id, i knew he bu shuang already...

but no choice =x

ended up only me and nana drinking.

too high that u dont even know when did they pulled me up the platform..haha

Due to personal reasons of tt, the photoshoot didn't happened when me, my photographer friend who came to help out and joanne(my colleague) were stucked in office drawing circles at one corner..

*the drawing circle part was a lie haha

The time when we were stucked in office, i was desperately looking for replacement models but none was available :(

I should be over at pulau ubin now with b:)

So my girls arranged an advanced bday celebration for me, yeappie!

Due to busy schedules for everyone..

But i think that is the thoughts that count :)

We had dinner at Watami after work on a Friday night~

Our favourite is to order their lunch/dinner set and make the table full of food!

I reached there late cause i was busy helping out at far east plaza.. phew, on time to capture those foodie in their best form. haha

Then the girls presented me my present!

Then chief began to cook all over the place..

from kimchi nabe to this(dunno what) cause it seemed like pepper lunch to me lol

and it doesnt taste good. haha

almost done with the dinner so i asked ' no cake ah ' haha, we are always open up for things like that..

Then they said no cause no time to buy:( and asked me to order from menu..

after awhile they went toilet and came back with beautiful cupcakes(same old trick, go toilet come back got cake) hahaha

Hee but im happy because i actually requested some time back that i wan cupcakes for my bday, and they did a lot effort to get these!!!

Reached home almost 10pm but i still had the attempt to cook late dinner for bb.

i was craving for something soupy and so i headed to the supermarket after work.

I still remember that i almost fell down the road

phew!

lucky i didnt, i dont want my eggs to smash on me//

got the instant pack of Bak kut teh but this takes about an hour or so to boil.

1. Boil ribs

-rinse with cold water

2.Boil water

-add ribs and boil for another 10mins

3.Add instant pack mix/step by step

boil for about 30mins

So i cooked eggs and luncheon meat with companion of bkt.

very simple but damn awesome dinner.

everything is sho nice with the chilli sauce from city plaza. haha!

received compliments from b that the meal was awesome :))

Our anniversary dinner~

Bb's actually wanted to make reservation at 1-twentysix at east coast but i checked the menu during the journey there and realised that the menu is not up to bb's liking.

he always have a very picky mouth but if there's chicken, chilli and eggs he will be contented..

But its a Italian restaurant. so i just suggested to him that we have Waruku for dinner instead so that he can have lots of egg..lol

Im so glad we did because we ordered a table full of yum yum at the same amt of price or even lower compared to 1-26.

Just simple dinner like this, i'm contented enough.and it doesnt have to be fine dining to be special :)

Curry rice with chicken katsu & tempura

Ingredients

-Instant curry pack

-Chicken thigh

-Potatoe

-Instant tempura

-Flour

-Eggs

-Bread crumbs

Curry

-boil potatoes

-fry chicken thigh cubes

-add water

-add curry instant pack

boil about 15 min and stir well

done!

Chicken katsu

-cut chicken thigh

-dip in flour

-dip in eggs

-dip in bread crumbs

-deep fry until gold brown

-add one bowl of soya & water

-boil and put in fried chicken and add beaten eggs

Fry tempura

TA DA!

done..

looks easy luh but i stayed in kitchen for about 2 hours. shagg

i shared 'homes favourite' D24 mooncakes with joanne..

damn nice can..

packaging nice, mooncake also very nice~

then bb also bought 'Tung luk's " mooncake for me

heh..

i brought them to office to share and many commented very nice too.

not oily and the flavors are very special

got pandan and etc..

after the happy election day

i waited for b to pick me up from home to jing yi's 10th birthday

she was very excited about her bday party~

because she said ' wo ren shen zhong di yi ge shi nian ' lol!

her bday party was indeed a fun one

*so envy of kids party nowadays

got magician, performance and games for them to play

tingting had a fun time playing hula loops, she was the champion among them all..

a 4yrs old won all the 10yrs old kids..

bravo!

got buffet, presents, performance, games .. bday girl should be very happy..

and everyone got a handmade balloon toy..

only election day i wont dread to go back to wdl..

woke up late than usual work days : shiok!

i secretly brought back our smelly pillow to wdl lol!

i whatsapp b and he replied 'why take away my bb' hahah neh neh ni pu pu

after the voting, i headed straight to curry's place cus she's living just opposite the voting sch..

too bored already...

we slacked at her place and planning about the night activity...

so we randomly thought of having steamboat at my place with beeteng..

but i like it haha

so we headed to ntuc for groceries shopping

we must have a lot golden mushrooms

after an hour of shopping we headed back to my place to prepare while waiting for our vip to come..

i only can say our soup base can compare with le le ..

after the yummy steamboat we are bloated ttm, we had mahjong session..

we had awesome workout!

i really hoped my period cramps problem will be resolved :(

i tried all methods by all means but it didn't worked..

i think mine is way too serious

recently seen all the waves by bloggers about chocomarvel and bought it to try..

hmm all i can say it will help for those who have a little discomfort during period but not me..

but it did helped during cravings for chocolate during periods..

im not currently on chinese medicine which yt recommended me but it should take some time to see results..

it tasted really awful.

Yeah! we brought our kids to east coast park for intensive exercise..

because girl is too fat.. like me :(

i had bicycle ride & b got blades.

brownie runs with me on bicyle ride mode and girl runs with bb on blades mode

only about 15 mins run, they were panting like hell and became strolling.. haah weak leh..

so we stopped by the beach and let them have a rest with water

sorry ah, brownie is really way to dark brown, cant see his face hahaha

continued the running and stopping once in a while..

they exercise too irregular mode so they gets tired easily =x

i was late for the very first time, usually the one who will be late is ting..

Satruday really cannot take bus, really packed and jam everywhere.

lucky ting was patient enough to wait =x

while preparing ting will camwhore once awhile but its good cause i will ask her to send me all the pictures :)

after long hours of shoot , ting wanna have hair treatment at Artica and i accompany her to the salon.

lucky the rain came after our shoot if not our outdoor shoot will need to cancel again..
